Electronic data interchange is the wave of the future, and has been mandated by all of the major automotive OEM's.
Tro currently uses EDI with the 3 customers who require it's use, and we are prepared to go live with all of the rest of our customers as soon as they are ready.
We could begin using EDI almost immediately with any future customers.
Additionally, we use email with our customers for quality documents, prints, quotes, and purchase orders. Some of our customers ship EDI altogether and directly email schedules and releases.
With our dedicated high-speed internet access and local server, Tro is committed to web-based ordering and delivery as our customers move forward into the new century
