If cost, and quality are the sides of the customer service triangle, than delivery has to be the base.

Tro currently ships to a dozen states and 3 foreign countries. Our shipments range from a customer with 120 active part numbers who only wants a few hundred of any given part at a time, to a customer with 20 part numbers, averaging over 20,000 pieces a week for each part.

All of our customers rate our delivery as excellent. Our shipping personnel are in constant communication with our customers to ensure that it stays that way.

We may ship daily, bi-weekly, weekly and monthly, all dependent on what the particular customer wants. All shipments are AIAG bar-coded, with either a generic label, or a customer specific label.
